1. initial consultation

Our proven process is what you can rely on for a seamless and stress-free experience. The first step is an initial consultation in your home with both of our lead designers and realtors. You will see exactly what it will be like working with us as we provide you with real value and expertise to move your plans forward.

2. Quote-Contract-Hired

We now have a good understanding of what services we need to deliver, whether it is a custom design package or a new home search and/or home sale. We provide a flat-fee quote for any design packages at this step for your approval and/or move ahead with signing contracts for your real estate services.

3. gather information

Our next step is gathering all the information we need to pull together new design plans or preparing for your home search and/or sale. We will complete any required site measures documenting all existing elements, collecting site photos and bringing on site any necessary trades that will aid with your designs, and/or begin building your search criteria for your new home, and/or preparing your existing home for sale.

4. development Phase

This is where the bulk of the work happens. We get to work and create your uniquely tailored Real Estate and/or Design Package. This could include a detailed drawing and specifications package, staging, home repairs and custom marketing plans for your home sale, And it may include developing a list of your wants and needs and homes that match your search criteria. Each of these elements will be prepared for a smooth step 5.

5. Presentation

This is the most exciting step for most clients, as you now get to see your visions start to come to life. All of the items we have pulled together during Step 4 will be presented to you for your review and feedback. We will be either reviewing your complete design package, putting your home on the market or now visiting potential new homes - sometimes a combination of all three!

6. budget review

Once we have completed and reviewed your next steps, understanding the true costs to your project is crucial. We can assist with budgeting for a renovation in your existing home or ways to get the most for your money in a new home. Understanding all the possible costs of renovating will help you make the best decisions moving forward. We have amazing contractors that complete the majority of our projects, but if you have your own, we are happy to work with your contractor as well.

7. project completion

Once your project is underway, you may still feel like having some support to ensure all intentions are followed through would be helpful to you. We are happy to be involved throughout your project as well. We can provide this service either on an hourly basis or a flat fee which can be quoted once decisions on the construction scope are finalized.

8. final stying

No renovation or new home is complete without the final decorative touches. This service includes sourcing, procuring, and placing furniture, art, area rugs, window coverings and accessories. We utilize our unique trade only vendors to create one of kind décor packages for your newly renovated or just new to you home!
