Flawless Interiors Inc. is based in Edmonton, Alberta and is led by husband and wife team, Keith and Tracy Fortin. Educated at the University of Alberta, both Keith and Tracy bring a wealth of knowledge in construction, real estate and design.
As licensed REALTORS®, accredited kitchen and bath designers through the National Kitchen and Bath Association, certified colour experts and over 16 years in the design and construction industry, they deliver the most thorough, technically proficient and well thought out design plans in the industry, a seamless and structured process, and a unique and highly sought after real estate expertise to every client experience.
Tracy is a graduate of the Residential Interiors program at the University of Alberta, and an active board member with BILD’s Women in Residential Construction committee, working towards encouraging more women to join the industry she has been an active part of for over 16 years. Tracy is also a Certified Master Gardener, an active member of the Edmonton Horticultural Society, a member of the Edmonton Synergy Business Network and Edmonton Business Association.
Keith is an Architectural Technologist and is actively involved with BILD’s Renovation Committee and Events Planning Committee, building strong relationships and contributing to the community along side some of Edmonton’s top contractors and suppliers.
