preparing the home
Preparing the home to look its best before listing makes an enormous difference in the eyes of potential buyers. We will take a close look at what areas of the house need a little love or updating before listing. A walk through with Tracy (Lead Designer) for advise on how to best stage the house prior to photography and visitors. Need to store some items out of the way until moving day, we can help coordinate that too. Getting the home ready for professional photographs and video walk-throughs will be sure to impress potential buyers.
contracts & negotiations
MLS Listings, open houses, and marketing campaigns will be sure to attract visitors to your beautiful home but now we need a serious buyer to make an offer that meets your needs. We represent you the seller in the negotiations to establish the best possible price with reasonable terms and conditions that align with your priorities.
closing & possession
Conditions removed and contract finalized, We will guide you through the steps necessary to hand over the property to the new buyer. Connections to legal professionals, moving companies, temporary storage (if needed), and any other needs you have, we’re here to help! It doesn’t end there.
